A unique kids birthday party where everyone's involved in the show!
Kids ages 5-15 are guided through fun theater games where they can stretch their "imagination muscles" while playing and performing. Your Party Goers will play games that challenge and amaze everyone
After arriving at your home or chosen location, I start the group off with warm-up games, including a name game so I get to know everyone quickly. Then,we play a few age-appropriate theater games like "Bus Stop" and "Freeze" and "Whose Line is it Anyway" Finally, the kids perform an "actable" tale or an original story based on characters the kids create - complete with dress-up and props.
We also have a wide variety of Karoke songs so your child and his or her friends can sing away to some fabulous tunes! Hey, we can even play American Idol!
Everyone receives an award for performing. Of course the birthday child is always the STAR!
You can have a Theatrical Make-up Birthday Party. We bring the kits, you provide the mirrors! We help each child in creating a theatrical face! After the face is complete...we PERFORM as our character! Group of 10 or more is required. Cost is 50.00 per child.
Please note weekends book quickly so register early with a 50% deposit to book your child's birthday party with Theatre Lab!

Birthday parties are all the rage in Columbus! And, with The Theatre Lab attending, your child will have the best Birthday party ever! Your child will act on-camera in a television commercial as the "star" character with his/her friends as part of this fun-filled event. Parents and friends are invited to watch the final result. The cost is $35.00 per child with a 10 person minimum. You may decide on what your child would like to be the STAR of. We will personally write something special for your child.
